Yes, There’s An App For That

hand holding iPhone showing canal insurance appYou can download our App using your iPhone or Android phone by going to the App Store or Google Play and typing, “canal insurance mobile assistant”. This will bring you to a screen where you can download the App right to your phone.

Once the download is complete you can open the App where you will have two options to choose from. You can either select, “Easy Claim Reporting” for reporting your accident online, or select, “Roadside Assistance” if you need help from our 24/7 roadside services.

 Reporting Your Claim

By selecting “Easy Claims Reporting” you will immediately be asked to enable your phone’s location services so we can access your exact location. This helps us process your claim and/or provide roadside assistance quickly and efficiently.

You will also be asked to allow us to access your camera so we can better visualize the damage to your truck and provide further documentation for your claim.

Once location services and your camera are activated, you will be taken to an easy claim reporting form that can be filled out right on your phone and submitted for immediate processing. That’s all there is to it.
