Safety or Fleet Managers of Canal insureds can present a personalized award certificate to show their appreciation either on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
We are excited to recognize Canal’s Claims Customer Service Representatives. YTD October 2012 they were able to provide assistance to 59,553 customers. While that is an impressive number of customers, what was even more exciting was the fact that the average hold-time for each customer was only 15.3 seconds!
